"Beautiful Cabin will need 4x4 to get too"

Loved the cabin and the view of the mountains. The very steep driveway down the mountain made it nearly impossible for most Uber rides to do pick up and drop off. If you are elderly, or have issues walking and climbing the driveway will be practically impossible to get up and down. But loved every thing else about the cabin!

The very steep driveway was horrible made it nearly impossible to go anywhere with not having the ability to get up the steep driveway and back down it.

"We did not get any sleep because of the rats in the ceiling running all night."

The wifi worked so I was able to reach out and complain about the issue. The hot tub worked after taking a day to heat up.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. From the first night, there were rats running in the ceiling from 8 PM to 7 AM—nonstop. We reported it immediately, and for three nights straight, nothing was done. No calls, no updates, no effort. On our last night, after we physically went into the office, they finally offered to move us and extend the stay by one night. Seriously? After three nights of no sleep, that’s insulting. If you value rest or basic customer service, look elsewhere. The link for the attraction tickets did not work.

Loved the setting, the big open concept

Everything was great. We had a visitor he really wanted inside.. we live animals so wasn't an issue for us. We did not let him though lol.

"Disappointing"

The cabin was gorgeous

The driveway was absolutely horrible. My car barely made it back up. Wifi didn't work and we had 0 cell service. I had to work on it to get it working. 2 out of 3 tvs didn't work. I have kids and 1 baby. That loves watching TV. I had a flat tire when we made it to the cabin. The person is the office wouldn't help by calling someone out. Once I got service I called someone. We were supposed to stay Saturday through Wednesday. I left on Sunday and got a hotel in pigeon forge. I accidentally left a bag. And I told them I was gone but I have to wait on it to be shipped because they wouldn't get a worker to get it. I offered to pick it up from the office. I just didn't trust going back down that driveway.

The hot tub was broken, we reported it to the staff and was told someone would fix it but nobody ever showed up to fix it. Also there are pictures of a washer and dryer but when you get to the home it is locked in the main bathroom. Everything else was wonderful though and absolutely amazing to experience.

The size was nice and it was a comfortable bed

There were live bugs all over the place that initially looked like ladybugs, but they were not they bite and they cause marks on your skin. There was an infestation in the cabin. Also, there were some kind of critters in the walls and at night it was in the kitchen, moving decorations around as it ran through the cabinets.

Cabin was nice

To be honest this is the first negative review I have ever given. Driveway to cabin is ridiculously steep. Not much you can do about that I suppose. At a minimum a solar powered light should be posted at the entrance for those arriving at night. Sign that was there was very confusing. It looks like it’s pointing to the large cabin that can be seen from the road when in fact you need to take a”hidden” driveway, due to it being so steep. Mattresses should be upgraded. Rental expenses definitely should cover an upgrade. WiFi was out for a day and a half so there was no tv. The sign on the fridge that says there is an extra fee for garbage left or dishes not washed is unreasonable since a cleaning fee is included in the rental fee. I personally always take out garbage and wash dishes but I just felt that was the last straw with this rental.
