Frisco finest home, large, pool, no parties!

house was in a good neighbourhood close to stores. quiet neigbour hood,pool was clean.

The Host was super rude when we called asking to access the the house he was like"What do you mean you dont see the key pad on the door?"yet there were two doors and the first door had a key hole not a key pad.house was dirty with dust and cobwebs and bugs in the yet they charge 400 for cleaning fees.bathrooms and dishwasher was nasty with a pungent smellI had to personally clean before my kids could showerin them. The AC was set too cold and the owner refused to give us the code so we can set the ac to our comfort level it was freezing cold we spent most of the day in the enclosed patio it was frustrating to pay for a place and have someone manipulate the temperature for five whole days Terrible!!!!!!!!.There was no TV in the living rooms,No paper towels or kitchen towels ,no dish washing sponges,The pots and pans were nasty you couldnt cook in them.The house was built in 2000 but looks like it was bult in the 80s so outdated in the inside.This was my first horrible experience in a rented vacation house.

Location was perfect.

House has mostly dated furnishings, needs a good cleaning and, in general, found the house not as nice as the advertised pictures represent. We had issues with an unknown source of noise, the upstairs a/c not cooling and one of the upstairs toilets not working, however, the owner was helpful in getting issues resolved. We disliked that most house interior lights are on a short timer, dishwasher door was broken and limited supplies.

Spacious rooms and sufficient AC cooling.

Kitchen was the worst especially for the large family as it wasn't ideal to cook. Place was missing ladle, cutting board was old plastic single board for 12. Dishwasher stank with all the plastic racks chipped and should be replaced. Neighbor's tree kept hitting the fence and kept some of the guests on that side awake. Formal dining area needs some light. Jacuzzi was not working as advertised and the staff did not know how to operate it. Medium sized bowls for pastas were lacking. Towels were only sufficient for 1 per person.

The home was absolutely perfect for our needs!!

Couldn't figure out how to turn on the mini split in the garage and the heater for the hot tub.

Lots of space for our family. Very hospitable and great communication when I had questions or concerns. Excellent location for our visit!

They didn’t tell us the hot tub was not functional until we asked about using it. There was some broken furniture and damaged fixtures and wall but when I pointed them out they acknowledged they were there before hand.

Location is great. House was big enough. Overall experience was good

House was clean and tidy but is due for a deep clean.
