Location was good. Common room and kitchen were great. Bathroom for each bedroom was great. Your team responded to email questions rapidly and clearly.

Lower floor bedroom was cold. Some vents were hard to open (on ceiling). Floor was cold in that room. MBR toilet needed a long hold to flush!
