The home was spacious and clean. Nice property for family cookout .

It states it had two bathrooms however I t was 1 full bathroom and a powder room. Nevertheless, the place was very nice.

A lot of space for our family of 6 Very comfortable beds Good Airco

when glasses, cups plates were combined, there were enough. I requested some extra glasses to make it easier for breakfast, but this was declined. Not all electrical switches have covering. Be careful with small children.

"Ms Kim was a sweetheart, and we appreciate the personal walk through, and suggestions for the neighborhood."

The house had a perfect amount of space. the rooms were a good size. the back deck and front porch were set up very nicely.

The location seemed to not be in the best area, but the house was secure, and we were constantly reassured by Ms Kim, that we would be just fine, and we were.

"It put the "P" in PERFECT"

Nothing but pure amazement. Everyone poured compliments on how they loved this place. The host was super professional, super attentive, and the place felt like home. It was clean, convenient, and had everything I needed. Will be hosting my next event there!

"Hidden gem in Philly!"

Ms. Kim's place is a hidden gem in Philly. It is an excellently maintained home with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The hostess was a very kind person and always attentive to the needs we had. She also gave us all the information we needed.

The only thing that was not so good was the neighborhood where the house was located. The streets are very desolate and poorly lit at night.
