this is our second year at Friendly Village. Everything is so close to where we are. A local store , bakery, farmer's market, car rental, ICE CREAM, walking , the beach. pizza resturant and Hard Rock casino!!! Anyway, we hated leaving on the 9th but we were really grateful for the month we had. I have already booked for next year. Thanks for a great place to stay. Also the kitchen is so well stocked, but there was 2 coffee cups in the cupboard that we didn't use because they were chipped and cracked. But no problem we just went and bought new ones for our stay

Cute and clean place.

Not the best location on property for the pool with two young kids, but loved the condo.

Closeness to the beach.

Even by emailing early in the morning the time of arrival, it took almost 1.5 hours to get in the property and another hour to get the internet straight. First time we walk into an airbnb that does not have network and password information for the guests, and it took another hour or so to get it straight. To add on, the place did not have even the basic thinks like sugar, sweetener, or spices. The pans were so dirty to the point we needed to scrub them. No dishwasher No freezer. Not even an ice maker!! Big Stain on the carpet at the entrance of the bedroom. Ackwardly location of TV compared to living room sofa. No TV in the bedroom.

Great location and excellent value for money. We stayed for a week and had almost everything we needed. Most importantly -- a very short walk to a wonderful beach and an opportunity to cool down in an air conditioned room after. Our unit had a nice spacious bathroom and living room, some kitchen facilities. Three people stayed a week without feeling crammed in.

Small improvement requests -- would be nice to have a clothes dryer and an alternative way to make coffee (we couldn't find the coffee pods for the machine).
