Beautiful location

I did not like what I consider to be “shady” business when a price is advertised but once you hit “book” all these hidden fees pop up…cleaning fee $80 (which is supposed to be refundable) and $150 cash deposit (that was supposed to be returned at end of stay). I called Liz, the property manager regarding these reimbursements and was met with resistance on every side which ended up with her declining to reimburse these charges and difficulty reaching her by phone when I was trying to request my money back. I left her a text and she has never responded. I travel to Cleveland several times a year and was hoping I had found a place that I could return to stay when I came in to visit family. Because of the refusal to even take my call, I will NEVER recommend this place nor would I ever stay here again. Save some money, visitors, and find a more feasible and cooperative place to stay. This rental was supposed to be approximately $1,200 for 4 days, but by the time they had finished with all the “hidden fees and deposits” my stay was over $1,700!! Who has almost $500 worth of fees and deposits?!? Do yourself a favor and find someplace else. You’ll thank me for it. And Liz, your business will never prosper when built upon monetary gain above client comfort and cooperation. I feel sorry for whoever gets scammed with all these “charges”, therefore, I felt the need to warn potential guests.

This was the best rental home we’ve stayed in. It was cozy, and was completely stocked. We stayed over Thanksgiving, so a stocked kitchen was absolutely necessary, and it delivered! The decor was perfect for the location and all the wood work inside was beautiful. We enjoyed walking the property and playing on the tire swing and making a campfire outside.

I wish the additional fees were more prominent in the description. Be prepared for 150 CASH deposit and then minus the cleaning fee to be returned electronically.

Because we busy business people we need sometime fast internet and that was partially an issue to get some connection, but it worked well during night. And also I missed the dishwasher and washer/dryer little But if you prepared to live more off grid it’s good experience

The cabin was gorgeous and cozy; exudes a lot of warmth and hominess. Furniture and decor inside were beautiful and unique. Beds were comfortable; there was definitely a lot of space and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Our host, Liz, was wonderful, informative and very accommodating.
