Steps from the Gulf of Mexico

Close proximity to the beach.

We have been traveling to Florida for over 30 years and have rented dozens of houses, condos and apartments. We felt particularly comfortable here because of the cleanliness, the great location and excellent facilities as well as the garage; the handling and contact were exemplary.

There was a lack of shade outside and the street noise was clearly audible at times. The mattresses in the smaller bedroom are very soft or saggy.

The house, the location, everything

The location was fantastic. Loved the house - mid-century, roomy, clean, equipped with anything one might need.

Nothing!

This property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay on Anna Maria Island. From the stocked kitchen supplies . . . to the comfy living room furniture . . . to the outside bonus spaces . . . to the beach chairs/accessories, we felt 'at home' during our stay. The close proximity to the beach was our favorite part!

Can't think of anything.

Quiet area steps away from the beach. Accommodations were comfortable and had almost everything we needed.

If I am being nitpicky it’s somewhat dated but that did not hinder the experience whatsoever.

The location was the best part. We also enjoyed the front porch.

The bathrooms and kitchen need renovated.
