Shady Knoll

We booked one night and as soon as we got it we extended stay for one more night. After long trip in a minute we felt welcomed, the place has all what you can think you need on vacation. Big furnitured tarrace, the view amazing. The host thought about every single detail: popcorn for your movie night, welcome snacks with bottle of wine. Kitchen is fully equipped, seasoning, cleaning tablets everything. Rooms are big, bed very comfy. Very clear instructions on how to use what. Super direct contact. It was our stop for Sequoia National Park which is just steps away. Thing which ne gets for free is an amazing Milky Way you can watch on the sky right above your head - magic place magic moments. Very nice place, clean and homey, lots of nice small touches, snacks and wine. Fully equipped to cook, including salt, spices, oil etc… Two big rooms with 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family. There are several deck/terrasse on each side, so you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset depending on your preference. The property is close to the park entrance. We only stayed for one night on our way out of the park, but we would stay longer. It was very relaxing and confortable.

Lots of nice little touches. Had a bottle of wine and snacks in the kitchen, a shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser in the showers, and lots of good information about the town and the Parks.

Very nice view and location. The host very friendly. You have everything in the house for family who come to rest and cook

The house have 2 bathroom and one of them after 1 night was problem with the door so we couldn’t open it so it’s was fixed only in the morning that we were leaving
