Guest must present a valid credit card upon arrival. Please note that the credit card on file may be charged in the case of property damage or policy violations as determined by the property. Contact property for details. Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. The minimum age to stay is 25 years. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours. Renovation work on the Greenlinks Community Pool will be carried out from June 22nd, 2026, and is expected to take approximately four to six weeks.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
