The house was cute and the location was close to where we wanted to venture at.

The cabin itself was very cute and had a lot of charm, but our stay was ultimately disappointing due to multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues. Many of the light bulb in the cabin was either completely out or so dim it was barely usable, and my husband had to find replacement bulbs and fix them himself. We also found an empty soap bottle left next to a full one, which made it feel like no one cared enough to even throw out the old bottle or that no one had properly checked the cabin between guests. In addition, dirty dishes had been put away as if they were clean. The kitchen sink had extremely low water pressure, and the bathtub drained slowly. I reached out on day one to report several of these issues and again on day three when the bathroom door began jamming so badly that we were getting stuck inside. While the messages were responded to, no one came during our stay to fix any of the problems. It truly felt like a basic walkthrough or inspection wasn’t done prior to our arrival. Between the unresolved issues—especially the bathroom door—and the lack of any in-person maintenance, we ended up leaving a day early. The cabin has potential, but the upkeep and attention to detail need significant improvement.
