The house was clean, and had all the extras one might need during a stay. Host was efficient and responded in a timely manner.

Refrigerator not draining properly, drawers had water in them.

Location suited our needs. Nice to be able to make breakfast the first morning (left early the 2nd morning). Enjoyed being able to see current movies in the evening. Nice to be able to sit outside and read. Great to have more space than a hotel room would have given us. We were only in Alamogordo because we were waiting for snow storms to clear out of the Dakotas and Minnesota so we could get home, so we really weren't your normal tourists.

Backyard chairs were all high, something at normal height would have been nice. This is not the owner's fault, but the restaurants listed in the emailed info were either closed on Sun & Mon while we were there or had gone out of business. An updated list would be helpful.

There were nice small touches- bath robes and slippers, bath bombs, comfy beds, lots of toiletries in case you forgot anything. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Great location. Super cute place.

The only down side was our price said breakfast included - which meant cereal, oatmeal, and waffle mix was in the pantry and eggs in the fridge-but no milk… so that left waffles and oatmeal or dry cereal for 6. Then had to wash, dry and put away all dishes which added to our time. Would’ve loved to have loaded a dishwasher or something… but this is minor. I’d definitely stay here again and just not plan for breakfast at the house
