The house was clean inside. Quiet

If you come with a big family, small living and dinner room. Backyard was dirt, not taking care, broken table, hot tub NOT Working, grill was dirt and rusted, I would not grill anything there. I was going to have a friend to go on hot tub and use the grill and was unable. I got to know the hot tub was not working the day I got there. The owner advertise and put pictures of backyard that is not true. It was not welcoming. The cover of fire pit was dirty. The blinds of two bedrooms need to be fixed. The kitchen door has a glass on it and should have a blind on it. It is not safe. It needs better light outside of the house once the street is dark. Not safe! The owner as a courtesy should have given me a partially refund. I will not intend to stay in this house again!

The “PICTURES” of property on line!

The lack of over all care of property . Very neglected, from mold growing on entire driveway and on home its self. Inside smelled stale/ dank. After inspecting ac filter , I discovered this also had been neglected to be changed. I was able to locate a filter in “ laundry room “ / junk room. Only to find that this room was also dirty . And was also holding past used filters . This room was in my opinion the source of dank smell. So I used a blanket to hang over the beaded doorway ( that was Also in main bedroom) making it smell as well. The floors were dirty and dust lined all rooms. Dirty dishes and unusable pans that should be thrown out! Bathroom doesn’t get better! Mold in shower and on the stained shower curtain. Along with the filthy bath mat on the floor ! No wifi hooked up when we arrived. Two days later one was delivered and I was tasked with fixing the problem. I made a plea to owners about compensation for these matters. But I’ve been ignored!

Hot tub didn’t turn on, grill would not light, and fire pit was out of propane

Location was the only posative attribute I can check in any posative quality list.

House was not secure. Blinds did not cover windows, doors did not have security locks. This is not a safe space for anyone with disabilities. Master bedroom bed filled the space making it almost impossible for normal people to get in or out. There is a trip hazard across the master bedroom door. Door on bath cabinet fell off, almost injuring a person. Description of property is quite misleading, the hot tub did not function. Manager was notified but issue was not resolved during our 3 day stay. Return Air handler was filthy and unsafe, upon closer inspection there was no filter making me feel that the air quality in the building was unsafe to breathe. The rules say not to move furniture but electric plugs are sparce so we nudged a dresser away from the wall for plug access and found piles of dirt next to the wall, I can't imagine what is under the dresser. We had to nudge the sofa, back in front of the door to feel safe from external intrusion and there was dirt under the sofa. The picture on the site gives you an impression that the yard furniture are recently purchased and safe to use yet the round table has rotted and fallen apart. Did I mention that the hot tub didn't work? If this were my property, I would be embarrased to list it. I have a few more negative observations about this property and this is not even my wife's list. I'm not asking for a refund, we book these types of properties to make sure they are OK and safe for others. I suggest caution when booking this property at this time. May 2024.

The house was very centrally located to everything in the area. We went to Ft. Lauderdale to dinner and also hit up the beach a few minutes away. And there was enough room for all of us. The hot tub was the cherry on top of a perfect day.

I would have to make up something to fill in this area. Our family wanted a meet up stop and wanted to be able to explore the area without hours of traffic. This rental gave us some calm before the crazy of Miami and the rest of our travel continued. We would stay here again.

The hot tub didn't work during our stay. The home needs to be updated.

House was nice, clean looked just like pictures

The hot tub had no privacy neighbors in back sitting on porch looking n neighbors next door house is right there n can see from road.
