Smokey Max Cabin

I love the location and how comfortable and cozy it was. If my boyfriend and I went just by ourselves without the kids, we would have never left the cabin the whole weekend.

Loved the location and the peaceful area it was in.

Master bath shower head sucked but we used the upstairs shower

Cabin was very cozy. The rooms were clean. There was plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and dishes to use. The location was quiet and peaceful.

There wasn't gas in the propane tank to use the grill. Both hot tubs were upstairs.

Lovely quiet wooded location convenient to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Smokies. Very spacious. Comfortable big beds. Plenty of Comfortable seating, well equipped. Loved the electric fireplace, cabin decor and taxidermied animals! Easy check-in.

Water pressure in downstairs shower was a little low.

Nothing at all. The place was dirty, damp inside and had such a bad smell they had air fresheners in EVERY corner of every room. Highly suspect mold inside walls.

The fact my 2 grand daughters had swollen eyes the next morning, no one was able to sleep for the terrible smell, my daughter in law and myself had severe chest pains was enough for us to leave the facility right away. When we called Elena the owner to let her know, she said, "sorry but I will not refund any money" My health more important than money.

It was a great location

It was a little awkwardly setup for 6 people to share, with two of the beds being RIGHT next to each other so zero privacy inside the building and you could see right into neighboring cabins so no outdoor privacy either. Also just an fyi - one of us got locked in the upstairs bathroom because the door lock malfunctioned
