It was very convenient

Nothing at all

I liked that it was super close to pigeon forge, but still felt like it was off the beaten path. There is a nice stream in front of the property.

Well, we had a horrible rain storm the first night and the road way flooded, so we couldn’t go anywhere till that went down a bit. Plus the roof leaked during that storm. The owner took care of the situation right away, but the whole time we were there, there were repair works coming and going multiple times a day.

The upstairs was open and had lots of activities to do. The creek is right in front and so clear you can see the minnows swimming from the balconies in the house. The bbq area was a great outside place to wind down at.

The wifi was wonky and didn’t come in very good. The upstairs tv did not work good because of the poor wifi connection. It would have been nice to have a table on both sides of the bed downstairs so each person has a place to put their phone.

Enjoyed listening to the creek. Cute cabin. Kitchen well stocked. Great fridge.

Cob webs all over outdoor furniture. Water had a foul smell. Couldn't watch TV. Windows were very dirty. Hot tub is need of jet repair/replacement.

Loved the rustic cabin, hot tub, pool table, games for kids, deck over the creek (brand new!)

Wifi available but rarely works (but your in a secluded wooded area so goes with the territory) and tv is based on wifi so same issue

The Location.

There was men there working on the property when we arrived. The tv’s didn’t work properly or at all. The Internet was extremely slow and the only tv service available was streaming services that didn’t work well due to internet connection/service. There was an odor in the house when we arrived. The house was not cleaned thoroughly. The property needed to be cleaned and updated.

The space and accommodations were nice for a family.

The bed/ comforter was pretty but was uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and the comforter was hard/ scratchy.

It was ok

The fire detectors weren’t in operation nor coveted
