El cuarto es increíble moderno, cómodo , un lujo todo perfecto

El desayuno. Realmente un lugar de esa categoría deberían ofrecer mínimamente un desayuno algo acorde. Yo creo que si va a ser así ni lo ofrecería, porque así uno se abastece en el supermercado y no se lleva gran desilusión cuando lo recibe a la mañana

I loved the facilities and the room. It was very clean, safe, and private and there was so much to do. We loved the hot tub, soccer field and trampoline. The room was very modern and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast delivered in the morning, too (even though it was never quite what we ordered).

The staff were unhelpful and inflexible. We had difficulties getting our rental car at the beginning and a tour got rescheduled to the end of our trip due to weather, so we asked to adjust our check in and check out time. They refused to work with us. They did not cause the situation, but their lack of understanding made it more stressful for us.

The place is wonderful. You feel like you're in heaven. There are plenty of sports activities: soccer, volleyball, and a jacuzzi. It's a great place to relax and unwind. Beautiful vegetation and incredibly friendly service.
