Casa Marias

Nicely updated older casa, great location right by the castle and Jewish quarter. Every bedroom was en-suite. The property managers are very nice and have a restaurant down the street.

The beds were hard.

Before entering the place there are a few high stairs, and they are pretty challenging for short people like myself, mainly when you also need to carry your stuff, or if you have children with you. Once you enter the place there is a smell of moist. The beds are small, and the mattresses are as hard as a rock! (And I am the kind of person who likes firm mattresses, but the ones here were really impossible). The ensuite showers are small, have no locks, and since there is no shower stall, everything around gets wet. There are no hangers for the towels (exept in one out of the four showers), no basic toiletries (not even hand soap). The towels feel like a sandpaper, and at least one of the towels we got was ripped! The bed in the bedroom at the main floor keeps on squeaking, and it feels like it might collapse at any point. It's very hard to lock/unlock the main door.
