Nothing to dislike a slice of heaven

Absolutly nothing great weather good location vista to die for cant wait to return

A localização é excelente e com boa exposição solar. A moradia é espaçosa, bonita e bem mantida. A piscina é adequada e bastante funcional.

A entrada para automóvel é apenas possível para quem tenha elevada experiência. Em todo o caso, deveria ser possível utilizar o portão.

Het warme water uit de douche moest je forceren door eerst de kraan bij de gootsteen in de badkamer aan te doen, en daarna de kraan in de douche zelf

Pool was great, villa was lovely & host was really helpful

No air con or blinds in living area which made the villa very hot. Sofa & chairs very uncomfortable.

Property itself is in excellent location, no close neighbours so it feels very private. The house is kept clean and tidy, very specious, the outside area is in great condition, the pool is amazing! Host is very friendly and helpful, great communication if you need anything. If I ever come back to Madeira I will choose to stay here again!

Big location with pool in the middle of Madeira - making it great for trips in each direction of the island. Very informative information prior our arrival. The pool has a good size and the sunset comes late with was good for daydrips and relaxing afterwards.Rooms where clean.

Could be a five * location when some renovations works would be done or funiture would be in better quality. Currenlty kind of "little bit of everything". With some investments definitely a place to be in Madeira.

The House is very nice. It's equipped with everything you need to spend there time nicely. You are able to swim in a pool, prepare meal in well equipped kitchen, wash your clothes in washing machine. Nespresso coffee machine is also there so you can buy and enjoy your favourite coffee caps (few caps are provided by host!).

During really intense rain we noticed that roof is leaking. It was pleasant feeling to see water drops on our electronics. Host offered help to deliver any buckets etc so survive storm. I hope that root cause of this issue would be fixed shortly. Also there is one minor thing that was affecting my sleep quality. During sunny days roof is getting hot and then during nights, when it gets cooler sometimes is it making creaking noise. During first night I woke-up thinking someone is breaking into home, but next nights I got used to it. Due to roof issues I am not able to give 10. If those issues are fixed, it would be definitely 10!

Really lovely villa, clean and well equipped. Amazing views from house, patio and the pool. We really enjoyed having the pool. Got great instructions on how to find and access the property including a video of the route. Lovely welcome pack so we didn’t have to dash out after a late flight. The agents were super helpful providing advice on locations to visit and places to eat. Also very responsive in replacing a light bulb. Would definitely recommend

Nothing much to improve really, the property isn’t in walking distance to amenities, but booked knowing that so wasn’t an issue for us. Really lovely market, bakeries and restaurants a short drive away.
