"DO NOT MISS THIS GEM !"

There are not adequate words to describe how incredible this place was in every way! The large home was decorated beautifully, with pool table, Jacuzzi, furniture, minibar, terrace, incredible views of the Duoro Valley from inside and the terrace, and a short drive to everything in town. It was worth 2-3 times the value! Helene was a professional chef and fixed us an incredible breakfast! Besides being a great cook, she was the best hostess with lots of personality and warmth! Thank you, Helene

"Exceptional"

Beautiful large home in an amazing location with stunning views of the valley. Helena was very attentive and came in each morning to put together a fantastic continental breakfast for us. The pool table and jacuzzi were added bonuses as boredom busters when the weather wasn't so good outside. With 4 full sized beds and 5 toilets plus multiple living spaces, this house ideal for a large family or group of friends.

Helena was wonderful and went out of her way to make us comfortable. She and her husband drove us to the grocery store and waited patiently while we picked up things. The breakfast was great, and the spread was laid out beautifully on the table.

Helena's Family House was like being in our own comfortable, clean home, and made our stay in Pinhao all the more special. Helena is a sweetheart, and we really enjoyed talking with her during breakfast (and what a breakfast spread!)! She is so sweet and only wants you to enjoy yourself. We were so sad to leave!

The property is very spacious, smartly decorated and designed and very comfortable. We didn’t use the hit tub or pool room but they would definitely be a bonus for some.

The house had fragrant room fresheners which were too strong and caused us to sneeze but we just unplugged them.

Excellent house, very clean, lots of room and Helena was extremely welcoming. Her breakfast was fantastic too.

Bit of a treck up the hill from Pinhao, but don’t let that put you off!
