Villa met prive zwembad nabij Orlando optional heated pool

For me, the location was perfect to meet family that live on Lake Marion. Great location, very relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando.

No complaints.

The villa itself is great. Location, size and private pool were spot on.

BEWARE - My husband and I along with our 3 children booked a stay at Villa Westend in Dundee, Florida. When we arrived, it was perfect. My daughter awoke the next morning with bites on her. Upon further inspection, we found bed bugs in the room she was in. We contacted the owner immediately who is out of the country. He sent over a neighbor to remove the bed sheets. She returned while we were away to spray and blocked off the room and said she would be back in 4 days to spray again. A few hours later, we found another bed bug in the other room. I immediately contacted the owner, and hours later, I got a response of " I will investigate and get back to you."" I requested that he make accomodations for us elsewhere while they "investigate" the problem. After not hearing back from owner for another several hours, we had no choice but to pack our things and leave to seek lodging elsewhere. Then after we leave and request reimbursement for our shortened stay, owner states that we should have stayed.

Beautiful home and quiet area

When we arrived there was still people working inside the house , the pool was disgusting wasn’t clean turns out the filter vacuum wasn’t working so we swam in our own filth for pretty much the entire stay there they came and fixed it after 4 days of stay and still hasn’t worked for the remainder of my stay ,and not to mention the cockroach we found in the kitchen and bathrooms was very uncomfortable sleeping at night ,and there is list of other stuff aswell , it was a beautiful home but needs to be kept maintained.

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Despite the cloudy/rainy FL weather, we got a good amount of sun to enjoy the pool. Definitely would stay again for the value.

The tiolet is very low height from the ground. My husband is tall so he had a tough time getting up. Also, I just wish the pool had a safety railing for getting in/out of the pool.
