"Relaxing, perfect home base for being in Albufiera and for doing day trips to beaches, hikes and oth"

Location was perfect as it was only a hop, skip and jump to the old town. It was nice to be in a quiet adjacent spot. away from the evening hubbub in the old town. We had a nice ocean glimpse out our back balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Great to have a fully equipped kitchen, especially for breakfasts. Also nice to have the washer for laundry (hung to dry on the balcony)

It might have been nice to have a floor mat in the bathroom. 1 full roll of paper towels for the kitchen would be good, altho I realize our host is trying to go eco -friendly. Jonathan was responsive to any questions or requests we had. Thanks again for everything Jonathan!

Property was in perfect location for walking to old town and restaurants. Clean and bed was comfortable. Amazing views from both decks. Host was always quick to reply and accommodating and gave great advice on places to see and places to eat during our stay.

We booked 4 apartments for a group of 12 and we all loved our stay! They are super central to old town but still in a quiet area. The apartments were very clean and the host was easily contactable. Would highly recommend!

Everything was excellent! An extra key for a large group would be helpful as there is nowhere to leave the key if people are arriving at different times. We were unable to leave the keys in a lockbox

Location, large space for a family and sea view from the balcony.

Could have been cleaner. The room was smelly when we entered and took a day with a room freshener to weed off the smell.

First class host,could not have been more helpful.The location was just as described..The apartments were clean with all amenties that a tourist would need for a holiday.

Absolutely nothing to do with the accomodation.the first set of escaltors that take you to beachfront were not working..extra exercise for a party of middle aged blokes!!
