Przyjemne miejsce bardzo blisko tężni, a jednocześnie nieco na uboczu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, pod samymi drzwiami miejsce parkingowe, a właściciel pomocny i kontaktowy. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Nie było problemu z utrzymaniem komfortowej temperatury w pokoju, pomimo mroźnych nocy.

Wjazd na posesję i miejsca parkingowe są dość wąskie, co może stanowić problem dla posiadaczy większych samochodów. Lodówka w pokoju nie należy do nowych, a co za tym idzie cichych modeli. Jest to o tyle nieprzyjemne, że ze względu na małe rozmiary lokalu śpi się zaraz obok niej.

Zniszczone wyposażenie, zużyta pościel, sprane i stare poszewki i ręczniki, brudny żyrandol, opis niezgodny z rzeczywistością, brak leżaków, nie ma tarasu, deski do prasowania, itd. Ściany i stropy niewygłuszone - słychać wyraźnie rozmowy za ścianami.
