"Should rent the home again for my next stay"

Nice location, very nice house, plenty of room

The toilet seat broke the first night, couldn’t contact anyone, so I personally paid for a new toilet seat $15.00 Propane tank was empty replaced it for $25.00

Check-in and check-out were easy. Neighborhood was safe and close to relatives that we were visiting. House was spotlessly clean and spacious. We had access to all the cookware/towels/toiletries we needed.

Security questions and pre-checkin requirements (upload of license/selfie) was something we weren't comfortable with and would have preferred to do in-person. Garbage can was overfilled when we arrived, so we had to take our trash with us when we left (not a big deal, but just wanted to mention it).

The house was very clean!The company was very quick at response time.We was contacted right away that the cleaner had found the girls' airpods,that we accidentally left behind.We was still in the area & we jus swung bck by & got them.God Bless her for bein soooo honest! The girls & I have alrdy said if the mission conference is in Cookeville or near by nex yr,We definitely gna try to book this house again!!!

"A nice clean place just outside of Cookville"

It was exceptionally clean.

There were a couple minor maintenance issues that should have been addressed. The door handle for the microwave had been broken off.

"This was a nice property with some upgrades and repairs it would be an excellent property."

It was nice that we had the space to relax and enjoy our stay .

This property has several maintenance issues. The furniture is in need of replacement the incliners were broken. The blinds on the door in the dining area had missing slats. The Faust in the main on suite leaks etc.

This location is in a very quiet neighborhood. And location was close to TN Tech. It felt homelike and was very clean.
