great location, good facilities

there was a very strong bad smell in both of the toilets.

Location was perfect, right within the vila centre. Could walk everywhere

The house is beautiful but lacking maintenance. Actually, it could be gorgeous, but there are a lot of small things broken and damaged here and there, which makes it a little lousy. It's a real pity. Location is great. Super comfortable beds. The natural light coming in through the windows is superb, and the way the artificial lights are arranged at night is also particularly good (if you care about these things). Decoration is nice. The kitchen is great!!!

The lack of maintenance.

The bed was really comfortable, and nothing can beat the house location if you are looking to be in the heart of ericeira.

The accommodation is very well located in the center of Ericeira. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The house is exactly as in the photos. The hosts were very friendly as there was a problem with the terrace due to the works upstairs and the hosts were very transparent with us and made an adjustment to the final price of the reservation.

The cleanliness of the accommodation could be better.

Location and comfort

Great location! You can walk everywhere, and there are a lot of restaurants in the surrounding streets. The street itself is "calm", you only have cars and pedestrians. You are a 2-3min walk from the beach! The flat is comfy and the kitchen well equipped.

The wifi is bad and does not work upstairs. The flat is humid, nothing will dry, even the towels so I would not recommend using the laundry machine. There are some bad smells in the bathroom but I had this in all the flats I booked in Portugal so far. A lot of single-use plastic for toiletries and cleaning products. It would be great to change this. You can really hear people passing by in the street, I did not mind but I prefer to flag. You have to go to a hotel 8-10min walking distance away to collect the keys. It is ok but with the suitcases and the Portuguese pavement, not the easiest. The check-in at 3 pm is very late...
