It was close to the beach. It was clean. We left it better than we found it.

I was forced to pay on an external link that contained someone else's information. This is a serious safety and policy violation involving the property. What Happened I paid over $900 in full through Booking.com for my reservation. No further payment should have been required other than an ONSITE deposit. The property contacted me directly and sent an external payment link, demanding additional money. When I asked Booking.com about this, I called three times, and each representative clearly told me: Do NOT use the external link Payment must be handled on-site or through Booking.com only The external payment link the property provided was not secure and already had another customer’s personal information visible (someone named Susan Brandt, located in Florida). This is a major privacy and security breach. After driving 4 hours and arriving at the property at 1:00 AM with my children, the host locked me out and refused to allow us inside unless I paid the money through the unsafe link. At that time, I had no safe alternative — it was late, I had children with me, and nowhere else to go — so I was forced to pay through the same insecure link Booking.com warned me not to use. Booking.com support then told me to go ahead and pay “just to get in,” despite all prior warnings. The property engaged in extortion by refusing entry after full payment and no safe way to pay the deposit. They violated Booking.com’s Safety Notice, which states: “You paid with Booking.com — no further payment is needed. Report any payment requests you receive and avoid clicking on payment links. We’ll never ask you to share your account, personal or payment info over the phone, email, or chat.” The host's link exposed another customer’s personal data, creating a high-risk privacy breach. Booking.com’s own representatives told me multiple times that the link was unsafe and not to use it. I was forced to choose between being stranded at 1 AM with kids or paying the property again.

It was a perfect location, the bed needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Everything else was great and we will def stay there again.

I liked the easy no contact check in and out process. The area was super quiet (off-season). Beautiful view from the upstairs sliding glass window and balcony.

Very cozy, clean, modest but well kept features.

SInce I booked at last moment, there was a confusion on assigned unit B or A.

The house was really clean, organized, smelled nice and was really close to the beach!. Everything is like the image shows and it was a really comfortable, I saw several comments about the couch, and it was not bad (it is only a hard couch).

We only had an issue at the beginning and I couldn’t open the door to come in with my 3 month old, nobody answered or reply to give us any help and we had to wait two hours until my husband came back. I would recommend to bring bug spray as there’s a lot of nats around the beach.
