Dass der Besitzer seine 2 dauerhaft kläffenden Hunde im Zwinger direkt vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern zurücklässt, ist eine Frechheit

The property was beautifully maintained, clean with a lovely balcony to enjoy local wine and nibbles at the end of the day. The owners were lovely and very accommodating to our needs. We trained with Sofia Valenca and it was only a short journey to the school. Would definitely recommend and love to come back in the future.

The location was great, safe parking, lovely accommodation with big rooms and great kitchen. Easy drive to the local town.

Everything was just gorgeous! The hosts wewrw very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early as we were rushing to a wedding and needed to get ready. Thank you!

We liked everything!

This place is exactly what you should expect from a rural house in this region of Portugal. It is a bit apart from Vila Franca de Xira's urban center but not much —just what makes sense for this kind of property,— and you should have no issues finding the house using Google Maps. The place is quiet and beautiful, and the house is large and comfortable. Kitchen is big, bathrooms are well equipped, bedrooms have a good size and beds are fine. The terrace and its views are great for breakfast / dinners. Also, the whole place is clean.

Kitchen is quite large, but we cook a lot and we found it a bit lacking in cookware: cutlery, pots and pans (few and already showing some signs of wear). Also, providing some of the most-basic-basics would have been a nice touch: a bit of salt, sugar, perhaps some herbs/spices.

Everything was perfect.
