The Cabins at Pine Haven - Beckley

Had a great cabin feel! Hot tub was nice too

The location was good and the cabins met our needs.

More beds and not charging extra for additional guests.

The staff was very sweet and caring. We loved how cozy and relaxing the cabin was! We loved sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars! It was absolutely amazing and beautiful! It was also very thoughtful that they offered different things to do around the cabins (games, activities). Also, there were brochures for different restaurants and places to go have fun! The little notes around the cabin were also very thoughtful! If you wver get the chance to stay at The Cabins At Pine Haven, we highly recommend them! It's a little piece of heaven!

The mattress was just a little uncomfortable, but we understand everyone is different, so we can only speak for ourselves. No complaints here.

Very nice

We had some problems that we found in the cabin when we arrived that we were a little disappointed with, such as the exterior lights were not working so we had to stay in the dark in the hot tube at night, the Christmas lights in all the cabins were working but ours was not. However we will leave 5 stars because the place is great.

Very nice and clean. Loved the hot tub! Beds were comfortable. It snowed while we were there and the fireplace was a win!!

The furniture in living room wasn’t comfortable!!

We loved the beautiful wood of the cabin, the ease of the wood pellet burning stove, the quiet surroundings, the ease of check out, and clean up, and the hot tub.

The only thing we did not like was how fast the hot tub cooled down while we were in it. But, it did heat back up nicely before the next use.

l loved relaxing in the peace and quiet!

The bed could have been a bit softer.

Everything was wonderful.

The bed and couch were kinda rough but that was it. My only complaint would be the comfortability.
