I love everything about the property!!

We went for a long weekend & absolutely loved this cozy place! I can’t say enough good about this place. The back patio was so cute, the inside was cozy and very clean, everything you needed was right there (pots, pans, coffee machine, condiments, etc.) The hosts were very friendly! When we arrived the cleaning lady was still there, but she was super friendly & so welcoming! It was only 15 min from gatlinburg & pigeon forge! Definitely would book again!

This house is literally perfect and so beautiful! Perfect location for a short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. House is well maintained and equipped with pretty much everything you need.

Everything was perfect. Check in was a breeze. communication was a cinch and the house lacked nothing. Clean and quiet. Awesome fire pit for smores,a hot tub for relaxing and space for everyone. T.v.s in all the rooms so everyone can retreat to their own space and watch what they want after a long, fun filled day. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash available in case you forgot your own and the great thing is,it's actually good quality products. The cover over the hot tub was perfect for the rainy night that we were in it. Beds were very comfortable, nice linens. Great shower space. The screened in porch is where it's at for afternoon and night chilling..Great space. So close to Gatlinburg and Pigion Forge but still quiet and serene. Easy to drop the teenagers at Dollywood and avoid traffic of the main drag going to and from. Washer and dryer is convenient and there is complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. Theres a Family Dollar at the bottom of the hill so anything forgotten or needed can be easily replaced without a big trip into town. Decorated beautifully. The kitchen is great and has the basics like, oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, sticks for roasting over the fire,,dish soap, sponge..seriously EVERYTHING you could need. A few snacks and coffee on deck as well. They welcome pets, too! The hosts are attentive and welcoming. They truly care..it shows. They even accommodated the worlds latest request for a later checkout. I can't say enough good things about this property. Seriously, you can just walk in the door and start L.I.V.I.N ! 10 out of 10.Top shelf ! High fives all around. I have found THE SPOT for Great Smoky Mountain fun!

Well...I don't like having to give this awesome review because now others will rent "my spot" and the availability will take a dive. But, hey.., right is right.

The property felt so cozy. It was truly a home away from home for our family. They made sure to go above and beyond by adding little details where most places do not. The home had wonderful amenities for our children.

Honestly there wasn’t anything to not like. It is set up perfectly!
