"Good but nowhere near great."

Location and facility were very nice.

There were numerous stains on the sofa, comforters and the sofa bed which were all documented by me as well as damaged and missing blinds. Lastly, not only was the sofa stained it was also old and very worn. Lastly, the air conditioner seemed to need servicing as the house temp would never go below 76.
