PET POLICY -Max 2 pets allowed. -You must Pay All Pet Fees before bringing pets. -Pet fee = 75 per pet. -No puppies (under 2 years OR acting like a puppy). -No training pads, pee pads, indoor potty systems, or litter boxes. -If any animals are brought into the home at any time without approval, fees will double and be charged automatically. -If you show up to the property with a dog without telling us, we will to charge your credit card on file with no questions asked. -If your dog is a legitimate registered service animal, we request that you let us know in advance so we don’t have any awkward situations. 🚫 RESTRICTED BREEDS (NOT ALLOWED — NO EXCEPTIONS!)
