The fact that we could stay in house together

The rugs were not clean and mouse droppings, and wifi was not easy to connect at first

The house was big enough for our whole group. The view was beautiful. And we even had a mishap with the ac but they sent a technician to try to fix it. They were great.

Wish the pool would've been open, but that was just a want not a must have

We absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful, cozy, and homey. The pool was heated when we arrived, and the wood was pit ready. We played games in the game room. Loved the record player and books. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great trip!!!

I have nothing negative to say at all. I will add that one improvement would be to add lighting to the yard at night.

The beds were comfortable. The house was extremely comfortable and felt very homey. We loved the surroundings in a beautiful remote location. It was still easy access to the Ark Encounter and the freeway. The firepit was a great bonus.

I had to call for help. The email I was supposed to receive had not come through so they had to send me a link to check in. I was given the code over the phone to allow access while I was completing the check in process. It was easy after that and everything worked as it should.
