Very good location very clean place

Finding the key was very hard

The location was great. The apartment was wonderful, in that it was very clean and comfortable. My wife and I were able to relax and enjoy our visit to Atlanta.

The water in the shower would not get hot. There was one day when the water never even got warm. If not for this, I would have given this property an excellent rating.

I liked everything but the noise I experience besides thst cool place .

The price quality ratio was high. The apartment is spacious and clean. With good WiFi and streaming on the tv! The location on the edge of downtown was convenient for me (was attending a conference at the convention center and could walk there).

The corridor to the apartment is smelly. Not sure if the owner can do anything about it. Not negative but worth knowing: There are no shops/supermarkets in the proximity if like me you need some food and don’t have a car. The apartment overlooks the highway. I’m a good sleeper and the background noise did not bother me but others might find it annoying.

Location is close to the big hotels.

There were insects in the bathroom and in the kitchen. This may be common in the location and not a matter of the particular accommodation. The building had a strong odor. The unit itself was better.

No hot water in the shower on 3rd night out of 6. Not solved during my stay. Cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen, still present despite the maintenance guy spraying insect repellent everywhere 2 out of 3 lifts were broken continuously during my stay, which increased the waiting time to get the lift as it is not designed for 1 only. The 3rd got blocked one night (wednesday) and i had to climb the 8 floors in the middle of the night Overall experience: poor and not worth the money spent at all NB: the building itself is a bit sketchy and the way to conference center is paved of homeless people which does not make you feel safe at all. Conclusion: will never stay there again and would never recommend that spot for anyone

Very large and clean apartment, next to downtown, at an affordable rate.

Didn't have hot water all week, despite the owner insisting there was. Worst thing is the check-out e-mail asks for a 10/10 rating and to keep negative comments off Booking.com. That's never happened to me in all my bookings. I find it fradulous. Note: e-mailed instructions to open the door were incorrect. Not a major issue, but it caused some confusion upon arrival.

Host provided false information on how to lock the door,we had to wait at least 30 minutes before being able To bring our stuff in,found a roach crawling in the sink and a roach trap under the sink full of bugs,one out let was exposed with a broken cover.
