ATL Downtown City View Onsite Parking LM802

Location is very good. Nice place. Feels like home.

Loved the view! The rooms were nice. Had everything we needed. Loved we could open (most) of the windows. Condo had a decent pool and building was quiet.

Couldn't adjust ac units and dinning room one didn't open to be able to be turn on. It was tolerable but was a little stuff and would have been nice to open the window in the bedroom.

the location was very convenient and easy to fine. loved that parking was so easy as well

nothing I didn’t like

The room was clean and fairly easy to access. The onsite parking was great. The host worked with us to solve a problem in a timely manner. Although we didn't really have time to use it much, the kitchen seemed well equipped and was well laid out. This is definitely an apartment feel (as opposed to a hotel).

Other than the full bed, there was a folding twin. The automatic light in the bathroom turns on when you walk by. Apartment is in need of minor updating (paint, minor repairs..)

the smell of the hallway and carpet bad, light bulb in kitchen burned out. 4 days with 2 people was given 4 bath towels and 3 wash cloths. place needs paint job, good cleaning, door hinges need greasing. under bathroom sink smell musky. My unit 802 was not worth the money I paid for.

My first choice for logging during my nursing assignment in Georgia. Like honestly away from home!

The only issue was that someone took my parking spot one morning. However, management responded & addressed promptly.
