Amazing two-storey house surrounded by black cobbles, equipped with everything you can possible desire, impeccably clean and welcoming you with cookies, water and fruit. Enjoy the beautiful sunset sipping your glass of wine from the terrace with the view of the Pico Mountain on one side and the ocean on the other. Silvia, the landlord, is an extremely helpful and considerate person.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-designed, and well-equipped. It’s within walking distance to a supermarket, snack bar, and restaurant. You can not only see the sea and mountains, but also hear the soothing sounds of the ocean and local wildlife—so peaceful and relaxing. Silvia and her husband are incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly. The welcome basket was filled with delicious treats, and Silvia even gave me some local fruit, which was such a lovely gesture.

Location, views, walkable distance to the nearest "piscina" ? (swimming area), small shop in the Sao Mateus, nearby winery, house itself was the most peaceful and enjoyable stay of our azores trip :) apartment has everything, even small first aid kit! I couldn't think of anything that could be improved.

We noticed that iron was probably at some point overheated and ruined while ironing synthetic clothes, that's the only extremely minor thing, that was not even relevant to us too much.

The location is great, with mountain and ocean views. The owners helped us plan our stay in Pico. We spent a lot of time with Luís Carlos, we enjoyed his company and he was extremely nice to us! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved the views, the house itself and the kindness of the host. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay in Pico: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom and amazing balcony with views. We stayed with our two children and they loved it. I would totally recommend. I was amazed by the sound of the cagarros bird at night, it comes from a another world!
