Casa do Negrões

Muy bien cuidado y muy espacioso, una casa increíble. Los anfitriones muy amables y cordiales, gracias por el regalo de bienvenida!

Gostámos de absolutamente tudo. Além da casa ser lindíssima, tem tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias sem pensar em mais nada. A piscina é maravilhosa. A curta distancia a pé encontram-se cafés, restaurantes, mercearias e parques. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e super prestáveis. Para quem procura um espaço para relaxar e recarregar baterias, este é o sítio ideal. Recomendamos.

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold! Huset er indrettet med en sjælden sans for kvalitet – ikke kun møblerne, men også køkkenet, badeværelserne og alle materialer bar præg af høj standard og god smag. Poolområdet var endnu bedre end på billederne og indbød til ren afslapning. Vores børn elskede det hyggelige legehjørne, og vi voksne satte stor pris på den velkomstkurv, som de søde værter havde stillet frem – med hjemmebagte kager og vin. Det var virkelig en personlig og varm gestus. Omgivelserne er rolige og det var hyggeligt at gå ture ned i den lille by. Vi følte os hjemme fra første øjeblik og kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Well were do you start! EVERYTHING was perfect, the hosts meet us even though we were running late due to a wrong turn on the motorway, find the place was easy once you got the co ordinates figured out with G/Maps (TomTom messed the M/way up) Parking was easy no tight lanes you park in front of property simple, the property is huge far better than the images, super clean, and lots and I mean lots of pots n pans, double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher everything you need AND a pool to boot what more could you want it was fabulous, the Village of Boticas has a lot of shops, food markets and a fishmonger in it far bigger than we thought it would be and the locals are very nice indeed, we carried the tile table up by the pool not sure if we were allowed to but we did, old rebels we are, and it was just wonderful breakfast by the pool in the morning, tea by the pool in the evening, could not of been any better, I could of lived there forever, inside the rooms are big and the quality of well everything right down to shower screens and window blinds are a credit to the hosts nothing is skimped on, you wont be sorry booking this gem, it is a long time since we have had this kind of quality at an affordable price. don't book it, and well you have missed out on a perfect holiday retreat, if you want a bit of life Chaves is 30 mins away the big 3 supermarkets are there Lidl, Continente and Pingo has two outlets there, again a lovely town on the river with some cracking cafes and eateries in it, simple to find and simple to park in although parking can get a bit hard to find if you leave it to near lunch time to visit, what else is around Boticas, no idea, we just sat around that pool ate and drank wine for the week, it was wonderful, exercise was a walk into the village for an ice cream crepe and a beer, spent one day mid week restocking in Chaves and then more pool, food and wine, and the usual exercise taken.

The house gets very warm, and holds the heat in those thick walls, if you offered either double bedroom my advice don't take the end one it is very nice with the on suite and great views but boy does it get HOT you have 3 large glass windows so you get sun all day as it moves over the house, whilst the other double smaller in size always felt cool as it gets the sun in the morning then has chance to cool for the evening as the sun is on the other side we should of chose that room, but to be fair it was especially hot there and being from the Wales we can't deal with heat like that constantly so It was possibly 50% heat , 50% us due to were we live. DID NOT spoil stay at all just a bad choice on our behalf on bedroom they did provide us with a substantial fan on arrival which was really good of the hosts bearing in mind we are use to wind and rain and max 24 not way up in the 30's

Located on a gentle slope with private parking directly out front and with easy access to the town center and amenities.

we absolutely loved this property! the house has everything you need and it is beautiful. we enjoyed the pool and the amazing views.
