Espaço muito acolhedor, com o necessário para passar uns dias de descanso. Bem refrigerado. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários, tal como os nossos companheiros de quatro patas. ☺️

A casa é uma gracinha, super moderna e confortável. A Carla é uma simpatia e a zona muito interessante. Existe lugar para o carro mesmo em frente à casa. Só foi pena ter estado tanto calor.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa da Barca. We stayed for one night to attend a wedding but we wish we would have stayed longer. The townhouse is perfectly located in historial town of Abrantes, just a short walk from the Castle. You can park literally in front of the house which is a huge perk. The property is extremely well decorated, with everything you need. My partner loved the bedding, pillows and towels and you can clearly see the dedication and quality put by the owner. If you're thinking to stay in Abrantes, look no further, Casa da Barca has everything you need.

Great place, quiet, cozy, relaxing with wonderful view points. Easy access to cafes, restaurants and shops, and especially supermarkets. We had great time making foods by ourselves and we could save money while enjoying every meal.

There was no shower head holder. And no insect net, so whenever we opened the window, bunch of flies got into the house.

Absolutely amazing place. Has everything you need, is functional, stylish and comfortable. It is the 5 star equivalent of self catering accomodation from the artwork on the walls to the linen, towels and bathroom accessories. We just adored the beautiful bedroom which was very luxurious and the bed is the most comfortable we've slept in so far. We parked easily right outside although access to the street is tricky - google will guide you but there is a wicked right hand turn which requires you to do a 3 point turn in the middle of a narrow junction to get into the street - but don't worry -even the locals have to do the same. The hosts Pedro and Carla were responsive, courteous and warm. They weren't around to give us the keys so Pedro's mum and dad filled in and they were delightful despite our language difficulties. It really makes a lovely change to actually communicate and meet the people behind a property rather than have anonymous door codes and keylocks!
