The room with the stacked beds, great for families with children. Very cramped for a couple!

The host met us at the property and let us check in before the official time. The host has left for us fresh bread, some jams and milk. The place was clean, didn't really use the kitchen, except for a few plates and glases. there was a terrace where you can cach some afternoon sun. The place is round the corner from Dona Beija Pools, shop with cafeteria and bus stop, 10 minutes walk from Terra Nostra Park.

Rooms are quite small. It would bé nice to have roof above terrace as it rains often.

Nice, clean, spacious apartment, equipped with almost everything. We could easily dry wet clothes with the heater. The host also prepared water, tea, coffee and jam for us upon arrival.

The house is close to the thermal springs and a little grocery store. To get to the town centre you need to either drive or walk for 15 minutes. Public parking is a few minutes walk away. It is spacious inside and with 2 of us we had lots of room. Upon arrival we found a welcome package with food supplies, which came in handy and was very appreciated. I slept with my window open, listening to a gargeling brook and heard birds in the morning. The view of the goats grazing just across in the field was wonderful and the rural setting peaceful and relaxing. ( we were here in off season) I can recommend this house.

It is an old house so you can expect a bit less comfort than in a newly built locations. However it has a nice atmosphere, old furniture, a lot of beautiful trinkets. The kitchen is fully equipped and the host left us a big bread and a delicious set of small local jams. We were grateful for that as we came quite late in the evening. It is located very close to the thermal pools, that you can walk there in your flip-flops even in February (with temperature of 10-13C). It is also just a walking distance of 700 meters to Terra Nostra park. Outside of high season you can park in the street, in front of your door, not sure if that would be so easy in summer time. There is also a small SPAR market just on the opposite side of the street, open long hours.

We came during low season, at the begining of Feb and it was very cold inside the house. We got 2 electric radiators so we could heat our small bedrooms upstairs but the whole downstairs area (livining room and kitchen) is a big open space. Not possible to get heat, so we spent time under thick bankets. The humidity was high, so forget about drying any clothes inside the house. The bathrooms may need some restoration as the water was leaking beneath the bathtube.
