Bel accueil et endroit au calme

Ideal location, good space, kind host.

Cold and damp in August bad weather spells. Could do with more plugin heaters. A little tricky to find the place.

La salle de bain très bien il faut peut-être une ventilation pour quelque résidu de moisissure ne restent pas entre les rayures du carrelage A part ça une maison bien agencé confortable fonctitionnel.

Situation idéale pour découvrir Cilaos. Logement très propre et accueillant. Vincent est très à l’écoute et réactif en cas de question ou besoin.

Goed gelegen in het dorpje. Mooi uitzicht. Communicatie ging prima en snel

De uitrusting van het huisje was over het algemeen karig. Ook de inrichting was Spartaans met bijv. vooral peertjes als verlichting en een oven die niet functioneerde. Door het ontbreken van enige verwarming was het vochtig en wat bedompt.

The interaction with the owner was the icing on the cake! Homemade rhum shots and good conversation. Location near the lake and easy access to town. Indoor and outdoor cooking. The access appears to be very steep but is easily managed.

The matrasses of the single beds are at the end of their life. The interior would benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

I liked that it had an outdoor space though we didnt use it, and that it had 2 bedrooms.

The smell of the mold. It was really really bad. As soon as you open the first door it hits you. It smells very bad in the livingroom where there's the wall common to the bathroom and of course in the bathroom is very strong and the shower area is very afected by the mold. In the bedroom that we used for sleeping there are no curtains and there is a very strong light bulb outside that comes straight on the bed. The furniture and all the design is outdated, basic and boring. We booked 2 nights but left after one. Wouldn't stay there again.
