"Great place in an excellent location"

A great place with ample room for 12 people. Beautiful location on the lake and pool was lovely. Everything you need provided and a charming place to stay for a large group.

No air con in the loft bedrooms made it a bit hot in July/August and their was no drier for clothes as advertised. Bathrooms were sufficient but could do with updating.

De locatie en de rust was TOP!! De omgeving prachtig, de verhuurders van het huis waren heel behulpzaam. Bij enig probleem probeerde ze telkens een oplossing te zoeken. Het inkom gedeelte was mooi en proper, als ze dit zo doortrekken naar de rest van het huisje zou prachtig zijn...

Het interieur van het huisje mag wel een vernieuwing krijgen zo waren er schuiven die bijna niet opengaan. De slaapkamers boven waren kleiner uitgevallen dan gedacht. Alsook enkele keukentoestellen waren stuk of niet proper. Hier hebben de eigenaars waar mogelijk wel voor oplossingen gezorgd. Voor het bedrag dat ze vragen verwacht ik toch iets meer van een huisje

Charmante woning met verwarmd zwembad. Bij gebreken kwam de eigenaar onmiddellijk om herstellingen aan te brengen

Alles is gedateerd en aan een grondige opfrisbeurt nodig. Vaat stond vuil in de kast. Je kon niet tegelijkertijd van de badkamers gebruik maken want dan had iemand koud water. De keukentoestellen zijn sterk verouderd

Location next to Šmartno lake, stunning view directly from the terrace or the house. Nice well equipped house, with fireplace for cold days. Nice place for families or group of friends

"My stay was everything I wanted it to be and more"

The house was perfect for facilitating a retreat. The views were unbelievable, the space was perfect and big enough for 12 adults. The house is beautifully furnished and has a real homely feel. Andraz’s (owner/owners son) was so helpful and really organised lots of things for me such as taxis, booking a restaurant, organising a bus for transfers to and from the airport and organised a caterer for me. He completely went above and beyond and made my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be booking again for another retreat. Thank you

There was not anything I didn’t like.
