The property is quite private and suitable for family or group of friend. The host has fine service. The location is good and not too far from the main road

Cleanliness and facilities could have been better. We stayed on the Christmas 'eve and clearly understand that people around will have celebration or party but the house next door had exceeded the maximum level of celebration vibe, too loud until 11 PM with karaoke outdoor, and the host did not warn or do anything.

There is the construction nearby my place. the sound interrupted our Sunday morning.

You have the option to order the meals (dinner and breakfast) by 4 pm if you don't want to leave the premises. We loved the place so ordered in almost our entire stay. There are large, open, green areas that were perfect for our large dogs to explore. Even though there are some resident soi dogs at the property, they are all pretty well-behaved. The beds are okay, the place is quiet, and overall the surroundings are lovely.

The property is about 10-12 km from the nearest convenience store and about 50-60 km from the main highway. So, stock up on snacks, water, etc before you reach.
