Contacting the property last minute was easy and they were responsive.

There really wasn't as many beds or an easy situation with the beds. The two trundle beds weren't good for 2 adults, so someone had to sleep on the couch. :(

The house has been updated, and the kitchen is especially nice. It was very clean, and a good location for us, as we had friends that live nearby and we are familiar with the area. The host was always quick to respond, and actually came by the house once to check on an issue we were having.

I think the description of the sleeping arrangements is a little unclear or misleading. One place says it's a 3-bedroom, while another says it's a 2-bedroom with a bonus/game room. The third bedroom is the game room, which has a trundle bed in it. There is no door on the room, nor is there a closet. I think it would be fine for kids. But we had 3 adults in our party and had originally invited another couple to go with us. Five adults with that as one of the bedrooms would have been awkward. Also, the guest room bed doesn't have a box spring. It's just a mattress resting on the frame, which makes it very low to the floor, and it was difficult for the person in that room, due to existing back problems.

Spacious and a great kitchen.

The layout of the home was such that for our annual family vacay in Florida we did not feel crowded. There was my Senior self, Two of my adult daughters, Two of my (Closturfobic) sons And 6 of my grandchildren under 6 years old. (total of 11) We had everything we needed in the way of bedding and towels. We All Loved it’s Safety and Comfort. Very Quiet and private. Even my Daughters Support Dog Loved the Serenity of the place…lol; he picked out her bedroom. Good and safe fenced back yard. The property owners were very pleasant and sweet with our dog! The place gleamed in cleanliness. We would all love to come back.

we usually book a place with a pool; but we had so many little ones this trip and didn’t even miss this feature. we loved everything about this comfortable little place And it was truly a great location as i had such ease to stores, gas stations, Beaches, Highways.

The hosts were very communicative throughout the process and followed up well. The home was immaculate, and very spacious. The amenities and little "extras" provided were very much appreciated. Our stay in Venice was due to the funeral of a family member, so to have this home as our base was very peaceful and comforting.

This house was overall perfect. Very clean and inviting. The pictures are spot on! I like the way they handle giving you access to enter the home. I appreciate the owner responding quickly via email when I had a question. We were able to park our car in the garage, which helped when unloading the car. The house is located near everything. It was much better than staying in a hotel. For the price, it is well worth it.

The door lock is tricky, and you have to be quick to open the door, otherwise you will be punching in the code many times. The smell of the water was really bad. Made is hard to brush teeth- so we used bottled water. I am not sure I would stay there in the hot summers if the AC is limited. This should be disclosed in the booking. For health reasons, I usually need to keep AC around 70. Luckily, the house was cool, and it did not get too hot during the weekend. Otherwise, the house was much better than staying at a hotel.

advertised as a king,queen,2 Full beds and a sofa bed… really the full beds were twins and NO sofa bed. although the sofa slept our teens… it was not as advertised
