The Vista of Palm Beach

We liked the location and that it was walking distance of the beach.

We really liked the pictures of how it looked before showing up but soon realized that not everything looked like what it was in the pictures and that things that we got that specific property for were missing or not working. There were soft spots in the hallway that the owners claimed that weren’t there but we had sent proof of. There was a small rusting hole in the bottom of the front door that I assumed was letting all the flies in the house and made it very uncomfortable to eat in the home. I have proof of all the claims I’ve made but owner called me on my personal cell and was very passively aggressively telling us that we were basically liars on the claims that we were making even though we had photo proof. Then said he would call us back once he looked at the property to let us know if we could get at least half a refund back since we did end up having to stay because we drove 12 hours from our home and wasn’t able to get another place but he never got a hold of us again. Just very unprofessional in my opinion and we were very upset that the hammock was missing unlike in the pictures and that the jets in the tub weren’t working which is the two reasons of why we got that specific property.

We came for a cruise and needed a place to stay for the night before. This was a beautiful house second floor with all the rooms. Very large yard outdoor shower everything was spotless and amazing.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the place. We hope to reserve again for a private get away in the summer

I liked everything

I felt like the property owners were complaining alot in regards to the stay. I didn’t feel welcome after leaving if that makes sense.

The master toilet there was no water getting in the tank and was unable to flush the toilet. When we reported that we were told we can get the plumber the next day so we have to pour water in the tank each time and flush it .
