it was accommodating for my family for the time that we needed it for

I didn't like the fact that this company charged me for something that was already broken by another occupant before my family and myself got there we never used the kitchen disposal but yet we had money taken out of our account to fix it with a picture showing a broken shot glass my husband nor myself drink and our kids are not old enough to drink either ,because we were black we are the ones that had to have broken it ( before anyone says I'm trying to pull the race card you have to send a picture of your dl so they know what you look like). I will never stay at any of this companies vacation homes again because I refuse to be this companys scapegoat to fix others destruction .
