CAUSCAGenerous sized rooms were very nicely decorated. A TV in every room. The residential group of houses is well maintained. Backyard was good as we had a dog. Close to shopping and beaches. When contacted the mgmt. Company was quick to respond. Panama City Beach has some lovely parks and even a beach area for dogs.
Dining furniture most uncomfortable and not sized well for adults - for eating at the counter or around the table. Basic kitchen supplies were lacking. The heat pump was making a grinding noise. All sand in the back yard. Panama City Beach There is no recycling at all. ( I will make that a criteria next time I rent.) Traffic is congested and drivers impatient on all major routes.

Had a problem with the door lock and couldn’t access the property, but the owner sent out a locksmith to get us in, the cleaning lady was very helpful with this issue
USIt is a beautiful house, very quiet neighborhood.
I paid the same for 3 nights that they are charging for 4 nights. Not sure why. The house was clean but I think the floors need to be mopped. I walk around barefoot and my feet kept getting dirty. Both showers drain slow.
