Office + 5 BR, Movie Theater , Creve Coeur -10 Sleep surface

Location was amazing - beautiful, safe neighborhood. The bathrooms were ALL really clean. Plenty of towels. The internet and ping pong table were super! It was comfortable and fun.

What could have been better? It is an awesome house. It reminded me of my parents big house near Williamsburg that was well worn, but filled with great memories. So, this house reminded me of my parent's house and made me smile. It had worn floors, worn carpets, but probably enjoyed my a big family. The kitchen was huge with a nice refrigerator, and dishwasher. Plenty of hot water. However, the air conditioning on 1 side of the house was working, but in the bedrooms, the air conditioner was not working. We made do with the ceiling fans and some floor fans - and it was fine. The sign about the deck was a little scary - like if you go out there you would fall through the railings. All in all, it's a beautiful property with a lot of potential, but not up to the standards of a VBRO or Booking. It needs some TLC - It was weird that all the owner's stuff was in the closets and drawers and food in the refrigerator and freezer. The stair chair was a little dangerous - had to be careful not to run into the metal and cut myself. After both my parents died last year, all 5 of us kids had to take a whole summer to pack up, throw away, and auction furniture and items collected from their 90+ years. We had to clean floors and bathrooms, fix things, update things, etc - it was a huge job to get it ready for sale. So, I understand the transition this house is in, but it was a joy to experience it!

Closest grocery store I could find was only accessible via the expressway, but it was one exit up, so it wasn’t too bad.

I loved the location and the labels on everything to help us find things we needed.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like at all.
