Lovely Ranch House in Windsor, 10 mins to Hartford Connecticut

Everything was great

When the water wasn’t hot, during this cold time, but it only happened once during my stay then it was solved in no time.

Spacious and clean (apart from one bed did not have clean sheets) Decent size yard (good gor pets but I would not want to sit out there)

Sofa is extremely old and uncomfortable Bedding is old and shabby Close to the road - very noisy and when trucks go by it shakes the house. Yard is unkempt and not fully enclosed

Good Location. Great value for the money. It was much nicer staying in a house than in one of the many nearby poorly rated overpriced hotels. It is like a home away from home, Definitely would stay here again.

It would be helpful to have mirrors in the bedrooms. The street is very busy with lots of traffic.

It has a fenced yard, washer & dryer, it was clean, and the beds were small but comfortable.

Due to the 6 days of rain in the area, the basement was flooded with 6 inches of water. This caused not only the house to smell musty, but it extinguished the pilot on the hot water heater and we were unable to take showers. (We couldn't go in the water to fix the issue ourselves because there was a live power cord in the water) There was also a large stain on the (uncomfortable) couch, the dryer didn't have a vent hose and there was lint all over the wall, and the kitchen window wouldn't close due to a swollen/rotted frame. I emailed and called several times without a response, and when I finally spoke to the manager several days later and asked for a refund he told me that "I shouldn't have given him the finger." (on the Ring camera) As if staying in a musty house with security issues and no hot water wasn't deserving of the middle finger during a private moment. I eventually spoke with the owner, who was kind and apologetic, and she refunded me half of my money. *FYI, the other reviews are accurate, the house does shake when trucks go by lol

Loved the washer dryer unit. So fast and made packing a breeze.

4:30 am truck traffic rumbles the whole house.

Ease of access, simple communication

House shook like mad every time a truck came by. Bathroom door locked with a hook but couldn't close. Overall, outdated, but that's fine

The location was perfect. The property accommodated all of us. The place was very clean..

There was no air conditioning as advertised. There were 3 box air-condition units that were not installed. The first night we install two of the units because it was unbearably hot and very uncomfortable. We messaged the property, and no one responded to us in regard to the air conditioning. The dining room table was very wobbly and two of the dining room chairs were broken from underneath.

We liked everything!!!
