Poolside Cocoa Oasis w/ Tiki Bar!

Location was great as it wasn’t far from port Canaveral.

Enough space for my family of 12.

Second stay at this property! We enjoyed it the first time around as it is very spacious for our family’s needs. A charcoal grill, pool, extremely large indoor and outdoor seating area. The location is close to the cruise port and it’s nestled in a very quiet as well as safe neighborhood. Absolutely zero safety concerns here! Supermarkets are like a mile away. The children love the pool! I was able to check in early with a nominal fee which was affordable and I was eager to check in as I traveled so far to arrive to FL. That was a very huge plus for this traveling family cooped up in a van!

A family member wished one of the bedrooms they stayed in had a TV. Doesn’t bother me as I appreciate quiet during my hours of rest!

We stayed at this home because of the location to the port. The home was nice for a bigger family to stay together instead of getting multiple hotel rooms to accommodate

That check out was at 10 am -most places is 11am

I love the bar I love the grill in the house was spacious enough of bed to fit my family you took a bath huh that's so f***** up f*** that so f***** up so I do too

I didn't like the plumbing situation the bathroom upstairs kept overflow flooding and not flushing correctly the front door lock was not working at all the pool was grimy not very clean one bed had a woman's product in there believe it was a panty liner the trees and stuff on the walk-in could have been cut down a little bit better we we didn't have anything like a mop to clean up the floor from being wet from getting out of the pool

The space is what I enjoyed most about the property

The bugs on the kitchen counter, needing better landscaping. The only picture that I have is the bugs on counter, torn outside furniture and leaves in the pool.
