Luxury 8 Bedroom House, Steps to Tropicana, Beach and Boardwalk!

I've read people question the neighborhood, and frankly that is bogus. AC is an entire city in need of revitalization, but it is trending upward with a vibrant and hard working immigrant population that have largely replaced the drug addicts and prostitutes. So don't let the urban and working class neighborhood scare you away--that's just the rougher charm of AC. With that, this house is 2-3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, the Tropicana, Chef Vola's, Dock's Oyster House, Tony Baltimore's, Ducktown Tavern, and a couple dozen shops and restaurants. You could stay for weeks and never have to get into your car. The house itself was renovated fairly recently with nice touches and higher quality finishes coupled with original wood and stained glass. It's effectively two units in one with a finished English basement, so great for large extended families/group of friends or people with teens who want their own space. Steps throughout the house were a bit narrow for elderly or the handicapped, but otherwise the house was quite nice and comfortable with decent amenities, a huge dining room and a well equipped kitchen, and individual ACs in each room that functioned perfectly fine. Also, the property is pet friendly (but no yard).

Initially, parking seemed questionable, but then I realized street parking was free and available within steps of the house. There is paid parking nearby, but I didn't find it necessary once I found a spot big enough for my large SUV 100 feet away.

The property was spacious and well organized. Beautiful on the inside.

Not a very good area. Sirens all day and night. We did find a large roach in the 3rd floor bathroom on our 3rd day and we had to have the fire department come out due to a gas leak and they shut the stove off. We contacted the property management as well as sent several messages. To which we got no response to any of our questions. They sent us a hot plate to cook on but most of the food we bought we needed an oven for. So we had to spend extra money we didn’t have on extra food. They kept saying their worker was going to the property to address the situation and take out the trash and no one showed. Bit were there bright and early to make sure we were out so they could clean.
