We could not find the house for 30 min in the neighborhood. Exact coordinates would be helpful

The property management company responded quickly when I reached out about the rusted and damaged cookware, and replaced the items same-day, which was appreciated. The location is out of downtown, which could be a pro or con depending on what you’re looking for, and is about 15 minutes to Arches and about 45 minutes to Canyonlands.

We were excited to stay at a place marketed as “brand new” and “luxury” as we wrapped up our honeymoon traveling through the national parks. We were majorly disappointed at the reality of the place, which is more of an overused family vacation spot - scuffs and chips all over the walls and furniture, not thoroughly cleaned (definitely the dirtiest of the 5 places we stayed on this trip), beds and couch were comfortable enough but nothing nice, we had trouble parking every day because all the neighbors had towing trailers parked on the street, and the shower heads were clogged with hard water so washing our hair was next to impossible. The washer worked fine but we had to run the dryer 2.5 times to dry our clothes, but it’s in the hallway outside of the bedrooms and was so loud we couldn’t sleep through it. The cooking utensils were unusable - the pots and pans were deeply scratched, burned, and literally rusted - although the property managers had new ones delivered to us same-day when we reached out which was appreciated, the rusted pans were our first impression of the place and are a good example of the general lack of care and attention to detail. It’s also missing a lot of creature comforts such as lamps in the bedrooms or curtains to block out highway noise on one side of the unit and morning light on the other. If you’re traveling with little kids and don’t mind them sleeping in the bunk above your bed, this is probably a fine place. For anyone else, I would say this place is not worth the money and is definitely not as nice or new and clean as it looks.

Clean comfortable accommodations. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Great place die 4 people to stay.

The shower water pressure was minimal due to hard water deposits. Not easy to correct.

Location and price

The couch should be thrown away, it is so broken down you can’t really sit on it
