"Great location, spacious unit, and wonderful view from balcony."

The location right across from the beach was great! It's also in walking distance to John's Pass. The unit is very spacious and the balcony overlooking the Gulf is fantastic!

The driveway into the parking garage has a big dip, take it very slow when turning in from the street. While being near John's Pass is convenient, the street can be busy and noisy.

"Good location. rediculous final price in off season. 3 nights for $942"

small pool, little closet space, hard beds, dirty floor. price started at $550 and ended ip being $942 after a $182 cleaning fee and other fees added in. booking locked you in before showing the final price.

"Overall the facilities were good and clean."

The view was amazing as advertised.

Thank. Instructions on how to get the parking approval were not clear. I think additional information is needed for new guests that are not familiar with the area. We had a lot of small ants in the kitchen area.
