Luxurious 3 bedroom near downtown and convention center

The washer and dryer worked.

It was upstairs, rundown, in a bad neighborhood, door busted, air conditioning didn’t work well and fan doesn’t work. It certainly wasn’t luxurious.

Everything was good for our needs and comfort. Bedrooms only had a bed no night stand to place the phone or medicine on. Multi TV selection is good.

Lots of stairs to use we had one person having trouble climbing up or down. Bathroom tub high off the floor good but no rail to hold on slipping is possible.

One thing I can say positive about this home is that the light fixture in the kitchen was nice. The home was horrible and the description very misleading. There is nothing Luxurious about this property. I travel a lot with and without my family and rent houses very often and have never rented a home as bad as this one or even stayed in a hotel that was this horrible. I have photos of everything but it is not giving me the option to post them.

The home was dirty and has rodents and an insect infestation. It was misleading in not letting you know that you are not getting the entire home. You will be sharing the home with another family renting upstairs or downstairs. I overpaid for what I got. The persons renting the upstairs and myself were talking the night we arrived and they let me know that they only paid a little over $200 for the weekend and I paid over $400 with the same amount of space. Multiple times in the description it says that it is a 4 bedroom home. The title says 3 bedrooms but the description says 4 bedrooms and the FAQs says this also but it is a 3 bedroom home with only 3 beds and a cot. It does not sleep 7 let alone 8 people like it says. The furniture is absolutely filthy! I had to sleep on the couch and cover it up with multiple sheets that I had to wash before using. The house did not look as if it had been cleaned since the last persons stayed there. Items such as beer and food was left in the fridge. ALL of the blinds in the house are torn up and people outside can see inside every room of this house while you are inside. The description says entire house -LIE! The home says 1800ft size is what you are getting-LIE! Parking on site is true but you are sharing one driveway with the other family renting. When we arrived Friday there was a band renting upstairs with 3 cars and we had 2, we were playing musical cars trying to come and go, they decided to just park on the street, They left Saturday and a huge family with 4 cars came and then we played musical cars with them until we decided to just park on the street. The driveway is very unstable and not smooth, my driver side front tire was damaged by the driveway. The bathroom has no vent inside of it so it was very cold and unable to be warmed. The water was never hot only warm and only one person could shower with warm water, everyone else showered with cold water in a cold bathroom. This property should be removed immediately!

Everything, do not stay here as it is a scam, quotes 4 bedroom and is 3, quotes Luxurious, complete opposite, disgusting,quotes 'whole' house, is actually a top floor flat, shows lots of rooms etc that do not exist in the 'flat', was filthy, fridge oven etc pubic hairs in bath, looked like someone living there as personal items, dirty large knife in dirty sink, paintwork peeling, dirty walls, broken cabinets, broken and missing blinds. Outside overgrown. Insisted paid in cash before let in. Asked for money back and refused. Didn't stay and went to a local hotel. Took lots of photos but not allowing me to add more than one. Am taking up with Booking.com to get my money back.
